The foundation was at the time, perceived as a possible, long term
solution for addressing pertinent, present and future issue arising from the
problems encountered by Africans in Europe and ways to address it in a
more coordinated ways. It serves as a think tank concerned with improving
human rights and public policy towards Africans in Europe and Africa.
